What you are REQUIRED to know
The Federal SAFE Act
(Secure and Fair Enforcement for mortgage licensing Act) requirement
matches the Maryland requirement: Both require a 20 Hour Loan Officer Pre-Licensing Course.
There are 5 hours of Maryland specific
material required.
The course is
designed to apprise loan officers of Federal and state laws. This
course does not give you the skills you
need to be an effective originator. We teach new and
relatively new initiates to be better loan officers and close more loans. You can combine
the 20 Hour requirement with our on-line Boot Camp to gain
substantial understanding.
We offer a specialized combination - New
Loan Originators who take one of our affiliate's 20 hour
pre-licensing class ALSO receive - AT NO ADDITIONAL COST - the
online
Loan Officer Boot Camp. ($199.00 Value)
Simply take your pre-licensing course

Recommended for Webinar Style
When you have completed your training,
send us a copy of your completion certificate, and we will enroll
you in the boot camp at no cost.
Our research shows that seminar
style learning - where listeners sit and hear - is less effective
than practical training where students participate in the
process (online self-paced). Students retain approximately 14 - 22% of seminar/webinar
material. Students retain approximately 82 -94% of the material
taught in a practical learning environment (online self-paced)
